Rugged Construction in a Compact Design
The 21 inch 970 Series Mini LED light bar is constructed with a heavy duty extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules. This robust design ensures long term durability even in high vibration and harsh operating conditions.
Each LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.
The result is a compact lighting system built for long lasting performance in demanding field environments.
Enhanced Visibility with Precision Optics
The 970 Series Mini utilizes TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™ to maximize visibility. Each module features a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures LED output and directs light down the roadway where it is most effective.
This precision optical control improves long distance visibility and helps increase reaction time for approaching traffic, enhancing safety for emergency responders and roadside operators.
Flexible Modular Design
The modular design of the 970 Series Mini allows for multiple configurations to match your specific application and budget. Available options include:
- Front and rear modules in 3 or 6 LED single color or 12 LED dual color
- Corner modules in 6 or 12 LED single color or 24 LED dual color
- High output take down and alley lighting options
