RECT 16 Series LED Lights
TOMAR’s RECT-16 high intensity LED warning light delivers powerful output in a compact and rugged housing designed for public safety, work truck, and specialty vehicle applications. Users can select from dozens of flash patterns to achieve the visibility needed for their mission or operating environment.
Built from optical grade Lexan and hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ Technology, the RECT-16 reaches IP69 plus intrusion protection for superior resistance to water, dust, vibration, and environmental wear. Rather than using rubber gaskets, the RECT-16 is constructed with a thermally conductive material bonded to a polycarbonate baseplate and permanently sealed through linear vibration welding. This manufacturing method is proven in the toughest field conditions.
TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™ system enhances the RECT-16’s performance by leveraging a precision-aligned hybrid TIR collimator that focuses and shapes the beam output for maximum efficiency and minimal stray light.
The compact form factor of the RECT-16 makes it an ideal auxiliary LED warning light for tight or hard to reach areas across a wide range of vehicles. It mounts cleanly to body panels, mirrors, grilles, and license plate areas, and TOMAR offers a complete bracket lineup to support almost any installation.
