The 970 Series light bar features an exceptionally durable construction designed to withstand the toughest operating conditions. Each unit is built with a robust extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules. These materials combine to create a strong yet lightweight warning light bar capable of performing in high vibration and harsh field conditions.

Each module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture intrusion while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time. The result is a long lasting lighting system engineered for years of dependable operation.

Putting the Light Where It Needs to Go

Visibility is critical for emergency response and roadside safety. The 970 Series uses TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™, a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator system that efficiently captures and directs LED output down the roadway where it is most effective.

Dual Color Lighting Overview
