Designed for fire apparatus, ambulances, work trucks, and industrial fleets, the 970 Series delivers powerful emergency visibility with rugged construction and precision engineered optics.

With its durable black powder coated housing and modular LED architecture, the 35 inch 970 Series light bar provides a modern appearance while maintaining the strength required for real world emergency and fleet operations. Built to withstand harsh conditions where reliability matters most, this light bar is engineered with TOMAR’s proven attention to detail and performance driven design.

From emergency response vehicles to heavy duty service trucks, the 970 Series provides dependable warning visibility to help improve safety on the road and at the job site.

Built for Rugged Environments

The 35 inch 970 Series emergency LED light bar features a heavy duty construction built to withstand demanding field conditions. Each light bar is manufactured with a robust extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules.

To ensure long term reliability, every LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects the internal electronics from dust, moisture, and environmental exposure while eliminating rubber seals that can degrade over time.

The result is a lighting system designed for years of dependable service in high vibration environments such as fire apparatus, utility fleets, towing vehicles, and off highway equipment.

Putting the Light Where It Needs to Go

The 970 Series light bar delivers exceptional visibility through TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™. Each module uses a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator system that efficiently captures LED output and directs the light where it matters most down the roadway.

This optical design improves long distance visibility and increases reaction time for approaching drivers. The result is enhanced scene awareness and improved safety for emergency responders, roadside operators, and service crews.

Dual Color Lighting Overview

The dual color lighting feature uses independent LED groups for each color option. When switching colors, power is simply transferred between the LED groups, allowing operators to instantly change the light bar color through a vehicle switch or control panel.

This capability allows fleets to adapt their warning lighting to different operational needs while maintaining maximum brightness and optical performance in each color mode.
