Rugged Construction for Multiple Applications
The 44 inch 970 Series LED light bar features an exceptionally strong design built to withstand demanding operating environments. Each light bar is constructed with a robust extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules.
To ensure long term reliability, every module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing technology protects internal electronics from dust, moisture, and environmental exposure while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.
The result is a lighting system built to withstand vibration, harsh weather, and continuous fleet operation.
Putting the Light Where It Needs to Go
The 970 Series light bar delivers exceptional visibility using TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™. Each module utilizes a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures and directs LED output where it is most effective down the roadway.
This optical design improves long distance visibility and helps approaching drivers recognize emergency vehicles sooner. The result is improved reaction time and increased safety for first responders and roadside operators.

Dual Color Lighting Overview
The dual color feature allows operators to switch between two independent LED color groups. Each color uses its own set of LEDs within the module, enabling instant color changes through a vehicle switch or controller input.
