Its modular LED design and durable black powder coated housing provide a modern look while delivering the strength required for real world applications.

Rugged Construction for Demanding Environments
The 49 inch 970 Series LED light bar features an exceptionally durable design built for harsh operating conditions. Each unit is constructed with a heavy duty extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules.
Every LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.
The result is a long lasting warning light bar capable of withstanding vibration, extreme weather, and continuous fleet use.
Putting the Light Where It Needs to Go
The 970 Series delivers exceptional visibility through TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™. Each module utilizes a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures LED output and directs light down the roadway where it is most effective.
This precision optical control improves long distance visibility and increases driver awareness, helping reduce response times and improve safety for emergency personnel and roadside operators.

Dual Color Lighting Overview
The dual color feature uses independent LED groups for each color, allowing operators to switch instantly between colors using a vehicle switch or controller input.
