Rugged Construction for Demanding Environments

The 53 inch 970 Series emergency LED light bar is built with a heavy duty extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules. This robust construction ensures long term durability in high vibration and harsh operating conditions.

Each LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.

The result is a long lasting lighting system engineered for reliability across emergency and industrial applications.

The 970 Series delivers exceptional visibility using TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™. Each module features a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures LED output and directs light where it is most effective down the roadway.

Dual Color Lighting Overview
