58" 970 Series LED Light Bar

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

TOMAR’s 58" 970 Series Modular LED Light Bar is a high performance lighting solution engineered for professionals who demand rugged durability, advanced visibility, and modular flexibility in critical environments.

Designed for large chassis emergency vehicles, work trucks, and heavy duty fleet applications, the 58 inch 970 Series delivers powerful warning output with a modern black powder coated finish. Built to perform when lives depend on it, this light bar combines TOMAR’s proven engineering with a modular design that adapts to your exact operational needs.

From fire apparatus to municipal fleets, the 970 Series provides dependable warning visibility to improve safety, response times, and situational awareness.

Engineered for Maximum Durability

The 58 inch 970 Series LED light bar is built using a heavy duty extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules. This construction provides exceptional strength and durability in high vibration and harsh operating environments.

Each LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.

The result is a long lasting, maintenance resistant lighting system engineered for continuous fleet use.

Precision Optical Performance

The 970 Series utilizes TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™ to maximize visibility. Each module features a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures LED output and directs light where it is most effective down the roadway.

This precision optical control increases long distance visibility and improves driver awareness, allowing traffic to recognize emergency vehicles sooner and respond more safely.

Modular Design for Any Application

The 970 Series modular platform allows the light bar to be configured for a wide range of applications and operational requirements. Available configurations include:

  • Front and rear modules in 3 or 6 LED single color or 12 LED dual color
  • Corner modules in 6 or 12 LED single color or 24 LED dual color
  • High output take down and alley lighting options

This flexibility allows fleets to build a lighting system tailored to their specific vehicle type, mission profile, and budget.
