Rugged Construction for Demanding Environments

The 80 inch 970 Series LED light bar is constructed with a heavy duty extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and impact resistant Lexan light modules. This robust design ensures long term durability in high vibration and harsh operating conditions.

Each LED module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ linear vibration welding process. This advanced sealing method protects internal electronics from dust and moisture while eliminating traditional rubber seals that can degrade over time.

The result is a long lasting lighting system engineered for continuous fleet use in the most demanding environments.

The 970 Series delivers exceptional visibility using TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™. Each module features a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently captures LED output and directs light where it is most effective down the roadway.
