PRODUCT OVERVIEW
TOMAR's RECT-14 is a compact, dual-channel LED warning light engineered to deliver maximum output in minimal space. Designed with ultra high-intensity LEDs and available in single or split-color configurations, this LED warning light provides end-users with programmable flash patterns, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of emergency and auxiliary vehicle applications.
Crafted from optical-grade Lexan® and hermetically sealed using TOMAR’s patented T-Seal™ technology (U.S. Patent No. US-8282242-B1), the RECT-14 achieves IP69+ intrusion protection, offering unmatched resistance to water, dust, and environmental wear. Instead of relying on rubber gaskets, the RECT-14 is built with a thermally conductive material fused to a polycarbonate baseplate and permanently sealed using linear vibration welding—a design proven to stand up to the harshest field conditions.
In addition, TOMAR’s Clear Vision Optics™ system enhances the RECT-14’s performance by leveraging a precision-aligned hybrid TIR collimator that focuses and shapes the beam output for maximum efficiency and minimal stray light. This application-specific optical design ensures that the RECT-14 delivers bright, controlled light exactly where it’s needed—meeting SAE J595 and SAE J845 Class 1 compliance—all within a compact footprint of just 4.5” wide x 1.25” high x 0.75” deep.

RECT 14 SERIES KEY FEATURES:

- Two independent trigger wires for two programmable modes (e.g. steady-on and flashing).
- Includes a sync wire for a clean, synchronized look.
- Each light is available in a single color (amber, blue, red, green, white/clear) or a split color mode where two LEDs are one color and the other two LEDs are another color.
NOTE: The light color that is selected is the light color for that specific LED light - SAE J845 and SAE J595 compliant

SINGLE COLOR OR SPLIT COLOR?

Split color on the RECT 14 is the option to have two colors per LED light. This function is defined as split color. This allows you to have your RECT 14 light wig-wag between the two colors (different flash patterns available) or steady burn with both colors on simultaneously. -
Single color on the RECT 14 is where all four LEDs on the RECT 14 are one single color ( amber, white/clear, blue, green, red). With single color, you can still utilize the wig-wag functions that the RECT 14 offers and the steady-burn function; however, it will be one color.
