The RECT 16 Series Self-Contained windshield units are available with your choice of LED color and windshield scoop or the windshield scoop with a cigar plug.
TOMAR’s RECT-16 dual channel, ultra high intensity, LED warning light delivers a huge impact in a small footprint. Dual channels offer independent function of up to two lamp colors with dozens of user-selectable modes.
The RECT-16 is made with optical Lexan and hermetically sealed into a one piece design for easy installation. The RECT-16 has optics that are designed to optimize the light spread for either horizontal mounting (RECT-16LS version) or vertical mounting (RECT-16LSV version). The RECT-16 also meets SAE J845, SAE J595 and CAL Title 13 specifications. The RECT-16’s compact size makes it the perfect auxiliary light for all the hard to fit locations. Mount directly to the body, the rearview mirror, grille or the license plate. A complete line of brackets means you can mount this light practically anywhere.

- Two independent trigger wires for two programmable modes (e.g. steady-on and flashing).
- Includes a sync wire for a clean, synchronized look.
- Each light is available in a single color (amber, blue, red, green, white/clear) or a split color mode where two LEDs are one color and the other two LEDs are another color.
NOTE: The light color that is selected is the light color for that specific LED light - SAE J845 and SAE J595 compliant

SINGLE COLOR OR SPLIT COLOR?

Split color on the RECT 16 is the option to have two colors per LED light. This function is defined as split color. This allows you to have your RECT 16 light wig-wag between the two colors (different flash patterns available) or steady burn with both colors on simultaneously. -
Single color on the RECT 14 is where all four LEDs on the RECT 16 are one single color ( amber, white/clear, blue, green, red). With single color, you can still utilize the wig-wag functions that the RECT 16 offers and the steady-burn function; however, it will be one color.
