This 44" emergency warning LED light bar boasts an exceptionally sturdy construction, featuring a robust extruded aluminum housing, cast aluminum end caps, and Lexan light modules. These elements combine to create unmatched strength and durability in design. To ensure long-lasting performance, each individual module is hermetically sealed using TOMAR's patented linear vibration welding process. This innovative sealing technique makes the electrical components dust and water-proof, eliminating the need for soft materials such as rubber that may degrade over time.

But the Scorpion Light Bar doesn't just excel in ruggedness; it also delivers exceptional performance. Equipped with Clear Vision optics, each module harnesses a hybrid Total Internal Reflector (TIR) collimator that efficiently collects and directs the LED's lumens where they are needed most: down the road. This results in outstanding visibility and the ability to be seen from a greater distance, providing first responders with a safer response and allowing traffic to identify emergency scenes earlier, giving them more time to react.

- Easy maintenance and lamp replacement using (2) hex-head screws and waterproof connector
- TOMAR achieves unequalled intrusion protection for our LED lamps using our patented T-Seal™ process. Our lamps use a thermally conductive material fused to a polycarbonate baseplate, which is then permanently sealed to our lens using linear vibration welding, preventing water and dust entry.

- Potted controller and waterproof wiring are standard on all Scorpion Lightbars
- Front/Rear modules available in 3 or 6 LED single color or 12 LED dual color

TOMAR DUAL COLOR OVERVIEW
The dual-color mode feature is achieved using separate groups of LED lights for each color. When you switch from one color to another, the power supply to the corresponding group of LEDs is activated or deactivated. This allows the user to easily change the light bar’s color with a switch’s flick or by pressing a button, depending on the model.
